the 40th Beijing International School Joint Exhibition

7月10日，“翼展未来”2022家庭教育论坛暨第40届国际学校联展在北京富力万丽酒店三层宴会厅举办，我校与在京四十余所知名国际学校一同参展。党总支书记张继军，副校长于苒，小学副校长、办园点园长孟娜，小学校长助理廖沧龙带领我校工作人员参加了此次展会，开展招生宣传和现场咨询工作。

On July 10th, the "Spread your Wings for the Future" 2022 Family Education Forum and the 40th International School Joint Exhibition was held at the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel in the 3rd floor banquet hall, and our school participated in the exhibition together with more than 40 other well-known international schools in Beijing. Secretary of Party General Branch Zhang Jijun, Vice Principal Yu La, Primary School Vice Principal, Principal Meng Na, and Primary School Assistant Principal Liao Canglong led our school staff to attend the exhibition to promote enrollment and on-site consultation.

参展期间，我校工作人员在展会现场向有咨询意愿的家长分发了北京外国语大学外籍人员子女学校招生简章、幼儿园和小学课程简介、小学课外课程简介等招生宣传材料，并邀请家长前往我校展台进行详细咨询，扩大了我校在京城家长中的知名度，初步取得了良好的宣传效果。

During the exhibition, our school staff distributed enrollment promotion materials such as the enrollment prospectus of BFSU International School, the overview of kindergarten and elementary school programs, and also the introduction of extracurricular elementary school programs to parents who were willing to inquire at the exhibition booth, and invited parents to visit our school booth for detailed consultations, which expanded our school's popularity among parents in the capital city and initially achieved a good publicity effect.

在我校展台前，孟娜园长和廖沧龙老师分别就家长所关心的学校设施、课程设置、师资配置，以及各方面管理制度等问题，做出了详细解答。家长们对我校多语种外语教学特色和中外融合课程体系表现出浓厚兴趣，数位家长当场留下联系信息，预约下周到校参观咨询面试。廖沧龙老师在展会现场接受主办方采访，通过新媒体平台，从学校概况、办学优势、课程特色等方面出发，全方位、多角度介绍北京外国语大学外籍人员子女学校，让广大家长能够在短时间内对我校留下较为深刻的印象。

In front of our booth, Principal Meng Na and teacher Liao Canglong gave detailed answers to parents' questions about the school's facilities, curriculum, faculty, and management system. The parents showed great interest in the multilingual teaching features and the integrated curriculum of our school, and several of them left their contact information on the spot and made an appointment to visit the school next week for an interview. Mr. Liao Canglong was interviewed by the organizer at the exhibition site and introduced BFSU International School from all aspects and perspectives through the new media platform, including school overview, school strengths and curriculum features, so that parents could have a profound impression of our school during a short time.

张继军书记和于苒副校长在参加展会各项活动之余，来到展台前看望了各位参与现场宣传咨询的老师，对大家的工作提出了宝贵的指导意见，勉励大家再接再厉，为我校招生宣传工作做出更多更大的贡献，并与参展人员合影留念。

Secretary Zhang Jijun and Vice President Yu La came to the booth to visit the teachers who participated in the on-site promotion and consultation, gave valuable guidance to their work, encouraged them to make further efforts and make more and greater contributions to our school's enrollment promotion work, and then took a group photo with the exhibitors.

今年是我校开展招生宣传工作的第一年，全体招生宣传人员在学校各级领导的关怀和支持下，克服各种不利因素，积极投身于各项工作之中，按部就班，有条不紊，通过大家的共同努力，招生工作取得了初步成效。在接下来的工作中，全体人员将分析和总结前段工作中所出现的各种问题，不断改进提升和细化各项流程和方案，争取在下一阶段的工作中取得新突破。

This year is the first year of our school to carry out enrollment publicity work. Under the care and support of all enrollment publicity staff at all levels of school leadership, our school overcame all kinds of unfavorable factors, actively engaged in the work step by step. Through the joint efforts of everyone, the enrollment work has achieved initial results. In the future work, all staff will analyze and summarize the various problems that occurred in the previous section of work, and constantly improve and refine the processes and programs to achieve new breakthroughs in the next phase.
